Square Checker pulls every order from your Square account into a sheet you control, on demand or in the background. No SQL, no exports, no copy-paste.
What it does

Connect your Square account once with an API token and a target sheet. Every
order (items, customer, payment, totals, tip, discount) lands in a clean
table you can filter, pivot, or wire into Looker / dashboards.
Import Now, free
Click Import Now on any connection to pull the latest orders right
away. No quota. Use it as often as you like.
Continuous import (Pro)
Flip on a per-connection toggle and Square Checker re-imports continuously
in the cloud, even when your spreadsheet is closed. Subscribe to enable it.
Resumes after timeouts
Google Apps Script caps any single execution at ~6 minutes. Square Checker
writes orders page-by-page and resumes from the last imported row on the next
run, so long-running first imports always finish.
Multiple Square accounts
Add as many connections as you need. Each one points at its own Square
credentials and target sheet (or share a sheet; duplicate rows are skipped).
Your data stays yours
Square API tokens are stored encrypted in your spreadsheet's Document
Properties, readable only by this add-on's code. Orders go straight from
Square to your sheet; Square Checker never copies them anywhere else.
How it works
- Install Square Checker from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Open the sidebar from Extensions → Square Checker.
- Add a connection: name, Square Application ID, Access Token, Location ID, target sheet, and a starting date.
- Hit Import Now to pull orders, or flip on Continuous import (Pro) to have it run automatically.
That's the whole flow. Imports are idempotent (orders are matched by ID), so re-running is always safe.
